Rural farmland, Business plan, Law and Justice, Ethics

The experienced team at Ronald W. Angland & Son provides their clients with professional and practical advice on a cost effective basis. We are a general legal practise which has its office in Leeston, Selwyn District in the heart of rural Canterbury.

Being a small law firm we are able to deliver a personalised service that leads to a detailed understanding of our clients’ affairs and requirements.  Home, office and farm visits are made to further that understanding.  We will speak and write to you in plain English.  We believe that positive outcomes require our clients to be fully informed at all material times.

We will consider and discuss all appropriate alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes with our clients before recommending the use of the Courts and incurring the expense associated with Court action. Our preference is to seek negotiated resolutions of disputes in a timely manner.

Naturally any dealings you have with the firm will be treated in the strictest confidence.  We will maintain the trust you place in us and act ethically in your best interests at all times.
